Medical use of Cannabis

Beth Israel’s Men’s Club is proud to announce that Dr. Arnold Gass, will be our guest speaker at the July 20 Dinner Forum. You will have an opportunity to hear Dr. Gass discuss the medical use of cannabis.  

 Dr. Gass, Health Sciences Professor of Medicine Emeritus at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, is a General Internist and Geriatrician.  In 2011 he retired after 30 years as Associate Chief of Staff at the VA San Diego Healthcare System.  He currently examines active-duty servicemen and women as well as veterans for medical disability and teaches across the curriculum at the UCSD School of Medicine.

His professional interests include biomedical and clinical ethics.  His personal interests include theater, all genres of music, physical conditioning, and reading.

 This program is open to the entire San Diego community, both men and women.  Neither Men’s Club or Temple membership is required to attend. A buffet dinner will be served.
