ABOUT THE BILL & SID RUBIN PRESCHOOL AND INFANT TODDLER CENTER

Our Jewish preschool offers the very best in early childhood education in San Diego. We are a play-based, developmental preschool. We offer care starting at 3 months of age through pre-kindergarten. We have been welcoming families to our school for the past 45 years. Our school and synagogue will become a second home to your family. We nurture, guide, encourage, and challenge each child according to their needs and stage of development.

Who We Serve

We are open to the San Diego community; synagogue membership is not necessary for enrollment. Our Infant Center accepts infants 3 months – 24 months. Our Preschool enrolls children ages 24 months through pre-kindergarten (age 5).

Flexible Schedules Available!

The infant/toddler center is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer flexible part time as well as full time options.

Our preschool day is from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (9:00 am to 2:00 pm for pre-kindergarten). Extended care is available from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

We offer year around care. We are closed for all major secular and Jewish holidays.

Preschool and Family Events

Our preschool is a happening place! Our calendar includes a wide range of activities for both children and parents, on weekdays and on the weekends. In addition, our Early Childhood Education Department offers parent and family activities that are open to the public.
