Camp Beth Israel is an exciting, adventure-filled summer camp experience providing a high level of safety. All staff are qualified early childhood educators and are seasoned counselors. We provide a warm and nurturing atmosphere designed to enhance each child’s independence, self-confidence and social development. For ages 2 years through entering Kindergarten.

Camp Beth Israel 2026

A Summer of "Fun in the Sun!"
June 3rd - August 21st (12 weeks)

Beth Israel is a fun summer program for children ages 2 through 5. It is required that all incoming 2-year-old campers are enrolled in the Bill & Sid Rubin Preschool for the 2026-2027 school year. For more information, please contact the Preschool office at or 858-900-2530.

Camp Schedule

  • We are open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • We offer both part-time and full-time schedules.
  • We are closed on June 19th for Juneteenth, and July 3rd for Independence Day Observed.

Enrollment and Payment Information

Camp is based on a monthly enrollment schedule (June, July, August). Weekly enrollment is available at a higher cost. Priority for enrollment will be in the following order:

  1. Returning students and siblings.
  2. Current members and those who plan to become members of Beth Israel.
  3. New enrolling, and non-member families.
