Join Rachel Selk, Jewish Educator and Wellness Advocate for this hands-on workshop. The morning will consist of a writing meditation focused on reflections of freedom, going from constricted to open space, and other Passover themes. Participants will also learn about oils related to the topic like cypress, lavender, and more.

Fee includes class and oil blend for each participant to take home.
