The Annual Meeting of the Congregation took place Thursday, May 22, 2014. Rabbi Berk opened with a blessing, which was followed by remarks by President Meg Mandel. Treasurer Gary Hirschfeld gave the treasurer’s report. The election of the members to The Board of Directors were then announced by The Nominating Committee. April Fink was elected by the Congregation for her first full term on the Board of Directors. Dean Abelon and Jenny Hill Bratt were elected to their second term. Awards for Volunteer of the Year were presented to Dr. Albert Ray and George Wise for their many contributions to our community. Rabbi Berk closed the evening with final remarks.
