Men’s Club Speaker Forum Dinner with Alan Nevin author of The Next Half Century

Wednesday, February 21 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

THE NEXT HALF CENTURY: Prepare for an Amazing Change in World Prosperity

Dinner 6:30 – 7:00 pm – Feuerstein Family Activity Center

Speaker 7:00 – 8:00 pm – Feuerstein Family Activity Center (Diverse access)

Please join us on February 21 at the Beth Feuerstein Family Israel Activity Center for the Men’s Club FIRST IN-PERSON DINNER FORUM since pre-COVID, with dinner and socializing followed by our featured speaker. There is also a Zoom option for those unable to attend in person.

We are pleased to welcome back Alan Nevin as our featured speaker for February. Alan will discuss his latest book, The Next Half Century, a compelling story of the future that we and our descendants will experience.

Alan is both a demographer and a real estate economist, so he blends the two practices in order to review recent trends and project the future. Demography is the study of people: how they live, how they grow, and how they fit within the societies they live in.
This book discusses world’s four large population centers: China, India, Russia, and the European Union/United Kingdom, as well as the United States which will be at the forefront of the massive economic changes to come.

The monthly Dinner Forum is designed to bring to Beth Israel a person with expertise on a topic of interest for all adult members. This program, proudly sponsored by the Men’s Club, is open to ALL members of Beth Israel and the entire San Diego community.

Before the talk, come socialize and enjoy a deli meal starting at 6:30 pm. The dinner fee is $20 (pay online, or at the door by cash or check only).

Please RSVP below, no later than Friday, February 16, so we can plan for enough seating, food and desserts for everyone.
