As we continue to navigate incredibly challenging times globally and, in our community, many of us often feel depleted, overwhelmed and sometimes even hopeless. However, we have much more agency than we may see in how we experience hard times and how we show up for others in our community.

Albert Einstein taught us “Everything we see, hear, taste, touch and smell is not matter, but energy. Everything that “matters” is energy.” Energy is everything! It creates our viewpoints, percepts and beliefs about all aspects of life. Our reality is the sum of our thoughts, feelings and emotions about ourselves, others and the world.

Sharon and Nicole will guide us through specific frameworks around the seven levels of energy that will help access deeper self-awareness and understanding of how we can stay most grounded for ourselves as well as becoming sources of energy and light for others. Together, we will gain more awareness of what is going on inside of ourselves and those around us. We will gain insight into how we operate under favorable circumstances and what our default reactions are under stressful circumstances. We will identify specific tools and actions we can take to harness and guide our energy empowering us to actively be part of the healing and change we want to see. Applying Jewish wisdom and tradition and through interactive discussions, practical demonstration, and relevant case studies, we will have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches and best practices in Energy Leadership.
