We are all in need of healing these days and what better way to heal than by providing a mitzvah to those we hold close to our heart. Caring Community invites Beth Israel members to participate in the creation of two healing quilts that mirror each other, one for our community and one to be presented to our sister region, Sha’ar HaNegev.
No sewing experience needed! Join us for information on the vision, creative parameters, and receive two packets, each containing a 10”x10” piece of muslin and instructions. Some embellishments and a Judaica template will be available during the session. Each square will be completed by participant at home and returned to Caring Community for assembly into a panel.
