Q: Will I automatically receive my tickets in the mail?
A: No. Everyone must fill out and submit the Ticket Request Form. The form is included in your High Holy Days packet. New this year we will have an Adult ticket and a Youth (ages 0-17) ticket. Be sure to select service times and the number of family members, including children, who plan to attend each service. Your service selections will be used for security and planning purposes. For your convenience, ticket(s) included in your membership will be valid for all services and times. We will process your request and mail tickets approximately two weeks before the High Holy Days.
Q: Can I request and purchase tickets online?

Q: Is there a deadline to send in my Ticket Request Form?
A: Yes, if you would like your tickets mailed to you, we must receive your ticket request form no later than Wednesday, September 18. Ticket requests received after this date will be held at Will Call at the Solutions Table in the Price Family Courtyard. For security purposes, and so we can plan seating and parking, we request that you please return your form promptly by mail, email to Lynn Sampson at email@example.com, fax to (858) 900-2502, hand delivery, online at www.cbisd.org, or call (858) 535-1111.
Q: Do I need to bring a prayerbook?
A: No, we are happy to lend the Mishkan Hanefesh prayerbook for your use at services. Should you wish to purchase your own prayerbooks, the cost is $40. We have a limited number of books available for purchase; you may purchase them in advance or at the Solutions Table the day of services.
Q: Are complimentary tickets available?
A: Yes, you may request additional tickets at no cost for:
• Active-duty military personnel and their dependents
• Full time college students through age 26
• Guest tickets for Ner Tamid Circle members based on level
Q: Are extra tickets available for purchase?
A: Yes, you may purchase extra tickets for individual or all services using the Ticket Request Form.
Q: Who do I contact regarding reciprocal tickets for Reform congregations in other cities?

Q: Can I just show up and get tickets at services?
A: Yes, you may purchase tickets in the Price Family Courtyard at our Solutions Table. For security and scheduling purposes, we strongly recommend that you order your tickets in advance.
Q: Who do I contact if I have parking/transportation concerns or need special assistance?
A: If you are in need of special disability parking or seating, please contact Caring Community Director Katey Lindley at email@example.com or (858) 900-2525. On the Go transportation solutions for older adults is providing round trip free transportation to High Holy Days services for adults age 60 and older.
