Please join us for our Yom Hashoah Commemoration as we come together to remember and honor the millions of innocent lives tragically taken during the Holocaust.

Dr. Leo Roos is our honored guest speaker. A hidden child and survivor of the Holocaust, he was born in 1937 in Amsterdam and immigrated to the US in 1950. During his years of hiding, he was arrested twice by the SS. His survival is a story of luck, the help of Righteous Gentiles, and two German soldiers.
Our Zimriyah Adult and Youth/Teen Choirs will uplift us with their beautiful music. We invite you to be part of this meaningful and poignant event as we honor the memory of those who perished and reaffirm our commitment to building a better world for future generations.
We warmly invite the entire community to join us for this commemoration. Join us in Glickman-Galinson Sanctuary (YouTube) and the Kriah memorial in the Price Family Courtyard.
The Men’s Club will distribute Yom Hashoah candles to be lit together in the Price Family Courtyard following the April 23 commemoration. If you are unable to attend, you may pick up a candle to light at home in the lobby after Erev Shabbat services on April 11 and 18, or at the guard station in the lower parking lot through April 22. Please consider a donation to the Yom HaShoah Fund. The Men’s Club uses this Fund to help educate our children about the Holocaust and to support organizations that serve Survivors.
