We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Waxman, Executive Director, At the Well Project, will be leading our Rosh Chodesh Tammuz.  Sarah Waxman was the reason that we started our Rosh Chodesh events, as a result of watching her YouTube video: Rosh Chodesh:  A Guide to the Cycles of Our Lives, and now she will be sharing her knowledge and expertise directly with Women of Beth Israel.

Sarah founded At The Well in 2015 in order to center the Jewish voice in the global wellness conversation. Her entrepreneurial endeavors have always focused on health, wellness, and finding ways to bring ancient practices into the modern day. She has taught yoga and mindfulness in educational settings and has worked with thousands of educators around the world.

Rosh Chodesh events are a space for those who identify as female. Prior to the event, please watch this video: Rosh Chodesh: A Guide to the Cycles of Our Lives.

There is no fee, but please RSVP for planning purposes. This event is held virtually on Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the event.
