As Executive Vice-Chairwoman of the Society for Preservation of Israel Heritage Sites, an esteemed partner of Jewish National Fund, she plays a vital role in restoring, preserving, and maintaining some of Israel’s most significant historical sites, including the Ayalon Institute, Atlit Detention Camp, Old Nitzanim – Women of Valor Center, and Yellin House.
Under Noa’s stewardship, SPIHS continues to launch new restoration and preservation initiatives each year, safeguarding the stories and landmarks that define Israel’s history. A seasoned professional and mentor, Noa has guided hundreds of managers and employees throughout her career in training and human resources development, serving in leadership roles at Stanford University, Bar Group, and TIM Global.
