Beth Israel is thrilled to offer a special opportunity to explore the art of fused glass with renowned glass artist Ilanit Shalev. During this 10″ seder plate workshop, participants will have the chance to learn the process of fused glass making and create their own one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Ilanit, who was born and raised in Israel and studied at the World Center for Glass in Portland, Oregon, will guide participants step-by-step through the process, allowing them to tap into their own creativity and produce a unique work of art.

This workshop is a perfect gift for someone special or for yourself, and a great way to learn about fused glass and its many possibilities. The fee for the workshop is $150 for non-members, and $135 for members of Beth Israel.

To ensure that the workshop can take place, we ask that participants register by Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, and that there is a minimum of 10 participants. Once the workshop is completed, participants will be able to pick up their plates from the temple 10 days after the workshop.
