JOIN BETH ISRAEL ON A TRIP TO THE SAN DIEGO HISTORY CENTER & CELEBRATE SAN DIEGO’S JEWISH HERITAGE
A special exhibition at the San Diego History Center chronicles the history of the Jewish community in San Diego. Exhibit curator and Beth Israel member, Joellyn Zollman, will host a private lecture at the History Center for trip attendees, starting promptly at 10:00 am. Docents will be on site to guide you through the exhibit.
The shuttle bus from Beth Israel to the San Diego History Center in Balboa Park will leave promptly at 9:30 am. Please be at Beth Israel by 9:20 am for boarding. Bus will depart San Diego History Center at 1:00pm to return to Beth Israel.
Shuttle Bus Schedule:
- Depart Beth Israel 9:30 am
- Arrive San Diego History Center 10:00 am
- Depart San Diego History Center 1:00 pm
- Arrive Beth Israel 1:30 pm
Registration fee is $15 per person, which includes transportation, entrance to the History Center, private lecture, snacks, and docent led tour.
