Give yourself the gift of calm. Join Julie for this grounding way to start the day and move from a place of fear to a place of calm.

In these forty-minute mindfulness sessions, you will experience bringing your attention to the present moment without judgment.

There is no fee, but please RSVP for planning purposes. This event is held virtually on Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the series.
