Please join our Beth Israel community for MLK Shabbat, a meaningful Erev Shabbat service honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his call to justice, compassion, and action.
We are honored to welcome Al Abdallah, President and CEO of the Urban League of San Diego County, as our guest speaker. Mr. Abdallah will speak during services and then continue the conversation with a Q&A during the Oneg, offering an opportunity for reflection, learning, and dialogue.
The MLK Shabbat service will feature music by our Zimriyah Chorale and Youth & Teen Choirs. Join us in person in the Glickman-Galinson Sanctuary and via live stream on YouTube.Â
