Our speaker program will only be delayed 30 minutes to accommodate both events

Revised time schedule below.

Buffet Dinner will be be served from 5:45pm – 7:15pm

Debate Watching starts at 6:00 – 7:30pm

LWV Presentation starts 7:30 – 8:30pm

Beth Israel’s Men’s Club is pleased to announce that a representative from the League of Women Voters of San Diego will be our guest speaker at the October 19 Dinner Forum. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government and influencing public policy through education and advocacy.

You will have an opportunity to gain important information at the Forum regarding the upcoming different ballot propositions in the November general election. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain useful information to help us all navigate through the “maze” of propositions on this year’s ballot. The speaker will describe the propositions in easy to understand language, “plain speech”, and give both the pro and con arguments.

This program is open to the entire San Diego community, both men and women. Temple or Men’s Club Membership is not a requirement to attend. A buffet dinner will be served. The dinner fee is $15 with an RSVP, $18 without an RSVP. You may RSVP below. If you wish to register via phone,
