Lay-led Minyan service 25 years at Beth Israel

Beth Israel will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Shabbat morning lay led Minyan service during the weekend of October 28 & 29.
The Friday night Shabbat service at 6:15 p.m. will be dedicated to the Minyan, and the Minyan Art will be displayed in the foyer. An array of events and programs will be held on Saturday. The Minyan service will be followed by a complimentary catered luncheon. An art show and any other exhibits will follow after the luncheon.
Says Senior Rabbi Michael Berk: “We should all be very proud of our lay led service, which is lively and spirited and brings together people who love Shabbat and the community and warmth of our chapel.”
