(previously San Diego Celebrates Israel)
This year’s Yom Ha’atzmaut/San Diego Celebrates Israel event will be called Israel Fest, and will be held on Sunday, April 26 at Nobel Athletic Field, from 11:30 to 2pm.
We are thrilled to continue to partner with Friendship Circle San Diego for their annual Friendship Walk, which kicks off at 10AM, registration at 9 AM. Friendship Circle enriches the lives of children, teens and adults with special needs through social and recreational experiences while inspiring volunteers to participate in building a stronger and more inclusive community. For more information about the walk please follow this link www.FriendshipWalkSD.org.
Israel Fest will be a day of Israeli food, dancing, family, music and entertainment– a celebration of Israel and our connection to the Jewish state. We encourage your participation as San Diego comes together in support of Israel! There is no fee to attend and no RSVP is needed. The FAQs below are intended to answer your questions, but if you need more information please call Phyllis Freeman (858) 737-7148.
