An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, happening 6 times

Coping with the loss of someone or something you love is one of life’s biggest challenges. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Join us for 6 sessions on Grief & the Healing Art of Writing.  Space is limited to 8 participants.

Facilitator: Gail Braverman, LMFT, Certified Art Therapist, Certified Amherst Writers and Artists Facilitator, Yoga instructor

Writing about emotional topics can bring improved physical and emotional well-being. Join us as we explore where grief is calling us through expressive writing.  In a safe and supportive community, we will explore meaning, resiliency, and discover our deep wisdom. Writing may be done in whatever language you are most comfortable.

Dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27 and February 3, and 10, from 4:00 – 5:30 pm

Cost: $100

All events are held virtually on Zoom until future notice. After registering for an event, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the event.
