Food, Wine and Stories: Tastings and Tales of Food and Israel
Hosting a special guest: Gil Hovav.
Israeli culinary personality and the great grandson of Eliezer Ben-Yehuda, who renewed Hebrew as a spoken language, Gil will share stories about food, Jerusalem, love, family, and the Hebrew language.

Come enjoy local cuisin from our most favorite culinary professionals in the community. Vendors will provide tastings, and the option to purchasr food.

The San Diego Israel Collaborative connects Jewish and Israeli-American young adults to Israel through thought provoking workshops and “Israel Now” cultural activities. Partner organizations and volunteers plan events year round. The founding organizations Tarbuton, the Ken Jewish Community, Congregation Beth El and Temple Emanu-El warmly invite other organizations to join the collaborative.
