Our Honorees

Senior Rabbi Michael Berk
“Rav Cook” whips up batches of lemon scones and beef brisket (but not at the same time), and is always looking for a new tasty recipe to try. He even found a way to make a healthy version of fries!

Rabbi Cantor Arlene Bernstein
A lover of all types of music and Jewish studies, Rabbi Cantor Bernstein (RC or “Rantor” as she is called by adults and children alike) is still catching up with the world after many years of Rabbinic School. Reading books for pleasure and making up for movies missed, RC is secretly practicing her bassoon relishing the idea that one day she might reemerge as a chamber music player.

Executive Director Lesley Mills
Proprietor and resident artist of Merlin’s Garden, Lesley is passionate about gardening, nature and animals. Through writing and painting, Lesley tells stories of whimsy, laughter and beauty.
