Stan Schatt holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry and advanced degrees in literature and business. His academic career included teaching stints at USC, the University of Houston, and Tokyo and Keio universities where he served as a Fulbright professor. Schatt also chaired the Telecommunications Management department at DeVry Institute of Technology. He served two decades in senior management positions for several leading global technology research consulting firms. Schatt is the author of fifty books that include textbooks covering telecommunications, data communications and computers as well as several mysteries and science fiction novels.
