In preparation for the upcoming Channukah celebrations, Michelle demonstrates her favorite latkes.

Ingredient List:
Makes 68-74 latkes
8 large russet potatoes (Costco-size)
2 to three sweet or yellow onions
6 teaspoons baking powder
6 teaspoons kosher salt
3 teaspoons or more fresh ground pepper
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup flour
6 eggs
vegetable or canola oil
