Love to Cook? Looking for something new to serve your guests for Rosh Hashanah dinner? Please join our Women of Beth Israel community to connect with friends and enjoy a delicious menu at A Taste of Rosh Hashanah.
Chef Nati will be demonstrating four fabulous Israeli dishes:
- Pastilla - a Moroccan cigar filled with meat and lamb, tahini and date syrup
- Pomegranate/herb salad (Vegan, GF)
- Roasted butternut squash with red onions, tahini and zaatar (Vegan, GF)
- Rice with herbs, pistachios and pomegranate seeds (Vegan, GF)
All dishes are dairy free.
Cost of event: $54. Please register online by September 5. Late Registrants or walk-ins will not be allowed.Â
Guest Chef Nati (Einat Abramovitch Partin) was born and raised in Israel and moved to San Diego 17 years ago. She has a master’s degree in education and is a former high school Hebrew teacher and educator. Chef Nati graduated from the San Diego Culinary Institute and specializes in Israeli/Mediterranean cuisine. She has over 15 years of experience in cooking, baking, catering small events, and teaching both cooking and baking classes.
