6th Graders and their families reflect on their progress on the journey toward becoming a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. Each student creates a beautiful yad (hand-shaped pointer) to use when reading the Torah. Each family also creates a kugel to benefit the Beth Israel Caring Community.
