There is no right or wrong way to grieve, whatever your loss, it is personal to you. Group members will explore a profound healing process through various expressive and creative writing experiences. We will share stories of personal loss and also address the social, emotional, religious and spiritual dimensions of loss from a Jewish perspective using niggunim (songs without words), poetry, Jewish texts, and guided meditation.
