Please complete this form to receive your TRIBE High Holy Days tickets. TRIBE is for young adults in their 20’s-40’s who Jew together. Each person will need their own ticket and we must receive this form to mail your tickets. If your child will not be on your lap, a seat is required and a ticket will be needed.
