Wine & Dine to Prep for Seder Time, with Sam the Cooking Guy

Join us for an evening of wine tasting and culinary treats featuring cooking demonstrations by Sam the Cooking Guy. He will show us how to prepare an Asian-inspired salmon and a brisket for your seder meal, with the able assistance of Rabbi Michael Berk.
You will also be able to taste a number of boutique and traditional wines from Israel and California, plus Israeli vodka. All wines will be available for purchase and hors d’oevres will be served in addition to Sam’s delicious entrees.
Fee: $25 in advance / $30 at the door.
You can also prepurchase tickets for an opportunity drawing for bottles of wine. Another opportunity at the event will be “Distinguish the Varietal”: in a single tasting, name the varietal of four different wines.
