Eight fun-filled, enriching weeks of summer camp packed with activities including arts and crafts, water play, music, science, movement and dance, special programs and cooking. Mondays will be filled with an excited weekly "special." Wednesdays are filled with art, water play and music. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be good summer time fun. Fridays will conclude with Shabbat.

"Give a Kid a Camp" is open to ages 3 to 5 (and 2-year-olds enrolled at Bill & Sid Rubin Preschool). You may select Monday - Friday, OR Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Camp runs from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with extended program until 4:00 p.m.
How radical is the Bible? For all of our assumptions about the patriarchal society depicted in the Bible, are there stories that reflect a different understanding of how society functions? From the perspective of modern feminist theory, we will explore narratives of the Bible centered around "Non-Jewish" women, with a special emphasis on issues surrounding gender, class, authority, language and who speaks and who is silent.
